The staff at Barefoot is the best on the beach. The courses are awesome and the practice facilty is world class. What other sports bar can you go to and have a world class range right in front of you. Awesome.

I can't beleive this resort is in the heart of Myrtle Beach. I feel it should be in a place like the Bahamas or something. The courses are the best I've ever played. The staff makes you feel like you are their only customer. From the complimentary shoe shine to the practice range to the sports bar it is truly a place to visit and play.

I recently visited the best golfing destination in the world. Barefoot Resort & Golf in Myrtle Beach SC. It has all the amenities you need at a facility. It all starts when you arrive at the bag drop area. The staff is courteous from the start. When checking in at the pro shop for golf the staff will tell you all about what the facility has to offer. They are committed to helping every guest like you are family. As for the golf courses themselves they are truly the best in the world. Although the Tom Fazio designed course is listed at #6 in the Myrtle Beach area according to Golf Digest it is my favorite and I've played most of them over the years. The Davis Love designed course, voted #1 by Golf Digest is an absolute gem. Low country feel with a flare for the dramatic, this course is one of my favorites of all time anywhere in the world and being from the northeast I've had the pleasure of playing Winged Foot, Shinnicock, Bethpage Black just to name a few. Pinehurst has tradition but Barefoot Resort has passion for what a true golfing experience should be. Way-to-go Barefoot Resort & Golf

The staff is courteous and know their sport. The courses are a joy to play, with four to choose from, you are assured a great experience each time you are out. And did I mention the clubhouse? After a round, to sit and enjoy the view from the verandah is a little bit of heaven.

Bringing a group of 16 to play Love Sept. 26th. Do you have your fall seeding schedule set? Are we in danger of playing aerated greens at that time?

Thanks.

i played the Norman course yesterday after a substantial amount of rain. Let me tell you the course(s) maitenance crew did a great job prepping the course for next days play. i went off in the afternoon and it was 90 degrees in the fairway. the greens were soft but rolled true, and the bunkers were well manicured. props to them.

I'm heading to Barefoot with some friends for two days and want to play all four courses. Any suggestions with the order to play the courses.

Jamie we hear at Barefoot are glad to see new people take interest in our wonderful destination. I would recommend playing the Norman course first. It is our most player friendliest golf course. My next choice would be the Love course. It was ranked by Golf Digest as the number one golf course in Myrtle Beach. Next would be the Fazio course. It is a great challenge with over 120 bunkers in play, and my personal favorite. It was ranked number 6 respectively. I would finally conclude with The Dye Club. It is a typical Pete Dye course with unerving sights and difficult layout. It was ranked the toughest course in Myrtle Beach. I am glad to see you have taken interest in our wonderful facility and cant wait for you to experience what we have to offer.

Jeff,

I am a golf course owner in Southern Virginia and wanted to reach out to find the best way to get in contact with Chris Hollis. I am bringing a foursome down at the end of April and was hoping to play @ Barefoot(We have never played there). I appreciate any suggestions...

Take Care,
